The room when we eventually got it was beautiful and very spacious. The spa bath was a nice added touch. The breakfast, included, was good. I'll recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect, nestled in a quieter neighborhood of Venice, away from the crowds but still within easy reach of the main attractions. The staff were very good too ensure our comfort and satisfaction, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a great selection of pastries, fruit, and cereal, and we even had the option of ordering eggs cooked to our preference. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the kind and friendly staff. we highly recommend Excess Venice Boutique Hotel & Private Spa for a wonderful Venice experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area of the city but still within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The hotel facilities were comprehensive and excellent, including a wellness spa and a beautiful garden where we enjoyed our breakfast.

The best aspects of our stay at this hotel were the friendly and helpful staff. They were always courteous and went out of their way to assist us during our New Year's celebration. Another thing we liked was the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated in a quiet area, away from the bustling tourist spots, but still easily accessible to key attractions. Plus, the hotel had a beautiful garden where we could relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

The worst aspect of our stay was the breakfast experience. The selection was limited and the quality of some items, like the eggs and pastries, was not up to par.

It would be better if the hotel didn't charge an additional fee to use the private spa facilities.

With exclusive amenities such as a private spa, steam room, and sun terrace, this hotel was everything I could have wanted in a luxurious stay. the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to fulfill any needs I had. the bar area also provided a lovely ambiance, perfect for a relaxed evening drink.

The only minor issue I encountered was patchy Wi-Fi in the room. the staff were quick to fix the problem, and I could always use the available Wi-Fi in the Spa lounge or the breakfast room.

We stayed in a beautiful hotel located in the charming Dorsoduro area. It was conveniently close to Marco Polo airport and the famous Academia bridge. The staff were so welcoming, offering us a refreshing cold prosecco in the warm garden upon arrival. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom was luxurious and well-appointed. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, and the breakfast selection was excellent. We also enjoyed the tranquil garden, a perfect place to relax. it was a wonderful experience.
